Your role

This traineeship can also be combined with a graduation assignment for a Bachelor ICT programme (part-time or full-time). Together, we select a topic that aligns with both your interests and your real-world practice, such as process improvement, reporting, integrations, or automation.
What you bring
- You have a Bachelor-level working and thinking ability, preferably in ICT, or you are in the final phase of your Bachelor’s ICT studies.
- You may have little to no work experience, but your curiosity, motivation and energy matter most.
- You are interested in document management, data, business processes, and how IT can improve them.
- You have basic technical affinity and enjoy troubleshooting, testing and making things work.
- You possess, or are motivated to gain, basic SQL knowledge, which is useful for analysis and reporting.
- Clear communication skills in Dutch and a good command of English
What you’ll do at X-Center
- Support the setup and configuration of ECM solutions, including workspaces, metadata, templates and authorisations.
- Assist in the daily support of customers who have entrusted X-Center with the management of their document management environments.
- Help test releases and changes (functional and technical), including documenting test results
- Support incident and request handling by analysing issues, reproducing them and working with the team toward solutions
- Build or adjust simple reports and dashboards (for example, LiveReports or WebReports) with guidance.
- Work with data and analysis, running basic SQL (Structured Query Language) queries to identify causes and trends.
- Document solutions and working methods clearly so colleagues and customers can build on them
- Join customer meetings and learn how to translate technical topics into practical solutions.
