Design and build Enterprise Content Management solutions that truly support your customers’ business processes.
Your role
As an ECM Consultant at X-Center, you help design and build Enterprise Content Management solutions that genuinely support business processes. You configure OpenText Content Management, make integrations work smoothly, and ensure users can work efficiently with documents, metadata, and workflows.
You work closely with a Solution Architect and senior colleagues. You translate requirements into configuration and technical solutions, test and fine-tune implementations, and pragmatically handle incidents or improvements. Along the way, you keep a sharp eye on quality, performance, and maintainability while gradually taking on more responsibility.
What you bring
- HBO / Bachelor’s or Master’s level in IT, or equivalent working and thinking level
- 2–5 years of experience with OpenText ECM, ideally Content Management for SAP and/or Content Server; experience with archiving (e.g. Archive Center) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of SAP landscapes (ECC and/or S/4HANA) and document integrations (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Salesforce), or strong motivation to learn quickly
- Hands-on experience with configuration: workspaces, metadata models, permissions, document templates, and (simple) workflows
- Technical affinity with reporting and development within OpenText Content Server (LiveReports, WebReports, SQL); experience with APIs or scripting is a plus
- Clear communication skills in both Dutch and English, with a strong interest in knowledge sharing and continuous learning
What you’ll do at X-Center
- Configure and implement xECM solutions: workspaces, business object integrations, metadata, security, and workflows
- Build and test integrations with SAP and other systems.
- Develop and adapt reports and dashboards (LiveReports / WebReports) and run SQL queries for analysis.
- Support upgrades, patches, and migrations; contribute to standardisation and best practices
- Analyse and resolve customer issues and incidents
- Document solutions and contribute to the shared knowledge base to ensure smooth handover to operations
- Collaborate with customer teams and colleagues: gather requirements, give demos, support user adoption, and continuously improve solutions.
